Incoming Staff Mobilities
Incoming Staff Mobility for Teaching
Academic staff wishing to implement an Erasmus+ mobility for teaching at CyI, must first contact directly the relevant faculty member – preferably the program coordinator (see the section on all CyI Master’s and PhD programs) – in order to agree on the teaching plan and the mobility period.
Please note that it is mandatory for an Inter-institutional Agreement between CyI and the sending institution to be in place before the implementation of the teaching mobility.
Once accepted by the program coordinator, the participant must send to the CyI Erasmus Office the Mobility Agreement and evidence of health insurance coverage. The CyI Erasmus Office will then send the participant an Invitation Letter.
Upon the completion of the mobility, the CyI Erasmus Office will provide the participant with a Teaching Certificate.
Incoming Staff Mobility for Training
Academic and administrative staff wishing to implement an Erasmus+ mobility for training at CyI, must contact directly the relevant faculty, research or administrative staff member – preferably the director/manager of the relevant unit – in order to agree upon the training plan and the mobility period.
Once the agreement is finalised, the participant or supervisor/mentor at CyI must send to the CyI Erasmus Office the Mobility Agreement and evidence of health, accident and liability insurance coverage. The CyI Erasmus Office will then send the participant an Invitation Letter.
