Egli is a Remote Sensing and GIS specialist. She holds an MEng in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Geoscience and Remote Sensing from Delft University of Technology.
Her expertise includes the processing and analysis of optical and SAR satellite data, as well as GIS applications across sectors such as oil and gas, construction, transportation, disaster risk management, and water resources. She currently works at the Cyprus Institute as a Research Technical Scientist in the Energy, Environment, and Water Research Centre (EEWRC), focusing on remote sensing analysis, GIS application development, and environmental monitoring.
