Maria Constantinou

Maria Constantinou joined The Cyprus Institute in September 2022. She is currently a Senior Education and Training Officer at the Office of Graduate Studies. She holds a BA in Classical Studies and Philosophy from the University of Cyprus and an MSc and a PhD in Classics from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining The Cyprus Institute, she served as a Senior EU Project Officer at a private company, where she was responsible for the composition of EU project proposals and the management and implementation of EU projects. In the past, Maria served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Bamberg (Germany), as well as an adjunct lecturer, teacher and tutor of classical languages and civilisation at the Open University of Cyprus, the Theological School of the Church of Cyprus, the University of Edinburgh, Fettes College and the Hellenic School of St Andrew in Edinburgh.
