COPILOT Courses
EMPOWERING HIGHER EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION
COPILOT (“Empowering European Universities to Lead Deep Tech Innovation in Sustainable Energy & Clean Technologies”) is an EIT HEI Initiative project committed to transforming Europe’s Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) into powerful engines of innovation in Sustainable Energy and Clean Technologies (SECT). Through strategic collaboration, tailored curricula, and inclusive innovation ecosystems, COPILOT bridges the gap between education, research, and industry — supporting startups, enhancing employability, and driving climate-friendly growth.
COPILOT started in April 2025 and will conclude in April 2027.
As part of the first phase of the COPILOT project, the Graduate School of The Cyprus Institute is offering the following online courses designed to provide participants with valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in sustainability and innovation:

Course details
- Mode of delivery: 100% online
- Duration: 16 hours per course
- ECTS credits: 2 ECTS for students upon completion
- Certificate of Achievement: awarded by the EIT HEI Initiative
- Registration fee: no fee (covered by COPILOT project)
