Lefteris joined the Computation-based Science and Technology Research Centre (CaSToRC) of the Cyprus Institute in January 2012. He received a BSc in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 2010 and a MSc in Theoretical Particle Physics from the University of Sussex in 2010. His undergraduate research project was titled ‘On the effects of Geomagnetic Activity and Cosmic Rays on Acute Coronary Syndromes’ and his MSc thesis ‘Warped Extra Dimensions and the Higgs Background in a Soft Wall’.
